How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Subsequentconspiracy Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Subsequentconspiracy Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Subsequentconspiracy Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@subsequentconspiracy.skin and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
