Grow Your Window and Siding Business

Subsequentconspiracy Windows & Siding is a referral service. We do not hire employees for installation work. Instead, we connect homeowners with independent providers in our network. If you run your own window or siding business and want homeowner requests, this page is for you.

There are no job openings here. This is a way to receive inquiries from homeowners who are ready to talk to a provider.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for independent contractors who:

• Focus on window replacement, siding installation, or both
• Serve homeowners in and around Wilmington
• Are comfortable with older homes and the surprises they hold
• Can explain their work in plain words

Most window requests involve at least two windows. We are not a match for repair-only businesses.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us to slow down and choose well. We ask providers to respect that.

• Hold the proper license, insurance and permits required where you work. You are responsible for them.
• Give clear written estimates that list scope, materials and timing.
• Be honest about hidden problems in older homes, and explain how you handle them.
• Do not pressure homeowners or push deposits before a contract is signed.
• Never promise what an insurance company will pay.
• Follow up on requests in a timely way, and tell the homeowner what your schedule looks like.

How to Apply

Send an email to contact@subsequentconspiracy.skin. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer, such as vinyl siding or energy efficient windows
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on how you work with older homes

We will review what you send and reply by email.
